Jodie Higginbotham

Jodie is a Startle superstar. As Chief Operations Officer, she oversees our Relentless Support™ and is available to help customers around the clock. She also leads the way in all of our operational activity and is always hands on, delivering the best customer experience throughout the whole journey. When she’s not working, Jodie is a foodie and is especially into Korean food, she enjoys snuggling with her dogs and listening to music (she once had Devin Townsend’s album Empath playing over and over in her car for a year as her radio was broken).
